In contrast to a majority of coffee machines that pose as big black boxes, Sunkiss Coffee is designed to gives users a glimpse into the process by allowing them to see the coffee beans dispense and be ground in real-time. Inspired by Onyx Coffee Lab and their dedication to organic and sustainable sourcing of coffee beans, the transparent elements of Sunkiss Coffee highlight the beauty of raw ingredients and enable easy maintenance for stocking materials. The form of the bean hoppers is additionally inspired by the Sun to reference a bright start to the day and emphasize the connection to fresh ingredients.
