Mental health screening has a handoff problem. Patients complete evaluations, receive clinical language they can't parse, and are left without clear next steps. Olya addresses this end to end, from a VR home assessment experience to a results interface that translates clinical outputs into plain language and surfaces recommended actions. Delivered through MyChart, every outcome is reviewed by a licensed provider before reaching the patient. The central design challenge was drawing the right boundary between AI assistance and human authority: where the system interprets, and where a clinician must decide.
