Fitness culture currently focuses on physical appearance over health and lacks trustworthy information to properly guide beginners' fitness journeys. To encourage a sustainable fitness mindset, our system of products uses biofeedback to promote proper form, injury awareness, and progress reassurance. Sensors use EMG technology to track muscle activation levels. The app translates those signals into actionable feedback that corrects form/imbalances and reframes progress. To support a commercial setting, sensors are a suction-based silicone patch that attach to the body or can be inserted into a band for intense movements; these are located in a gym-owned hub for retrieval and return.
