Currently, commercial tea service falls into two categories: espresso-style brewing machines optimized for precision, and traditional pot service that relies on manual preparation. Kettl Reserve bridges this gap by reimagining the teapot as part of a seamless brewing system. Automated control of temperature, steep time, and water volume ensures consistent extraction, while the visible brewing process preserves the care, ritual, and sensory experience that define specialty tea.
