A conference branding concept that sparks the conversation about how social media keeps us together yet apart, and the impact it has on relationships, world views, and future possibilities beyond human capacity.

As we become immersed in media, are we expecting less from human interaction? How are devices and online personas redefining our connections with each other? Inspired by Sherry Turkle’s “Alone Together” & Chad Kultgen’s “Men, Women, and Children”, a—part 2020 is a conference that discusses the façade of media culture influencing our emotional connection with others on/off-screen. The visual system is composed of digital social media icons and micro-interactions we become immersed in daily.
